Payment Terms

We accept checks and wire transfer.
For credit card payments above $5000, a 2.95% processing fee will apply

Terms for Standard Orders

Standard orders allow for 7-9 weeks leadtime after approval of the artwork layout (free virtual proof or paid physical preproduction sample).

Payment terms: 50% down to start production, 50% due on delivery.

Late payments (made after 10 days from delivery date) incur finance charges of 2% per month on the balance due.

Long-term, established clients with an excellent payment historymay qualify for extended payment terms for the remaining balance, depending on the size of the order.

Customers with an outstanding balance on a previous order must pay their existing balance and pre-pay the full order amount before production starts.

Customers who fail to pay on-time for orders must prepay for subsequent orders.

Orders are priced FOB Los Angeles. Customers are responsible for shipping costs from our Los Angeles warehouse to the final order destination.

Terms for Rush Orders

Rush orders allow less than 6 weeks lead-time after approval of the artwork layout.

Rush orders require 100% prepayment before production starts.

Rush orders are shipped by air at the customer’s expense.
