For trade show bags, sometimes the bigger, the better. We have made bags of 36” x 36” x 5”, and 5000 bags were taken by the attendees before the show even started. Unique designs with high-quality construction stand out. Our durable, attractive bags are built to be kept and reused.

Materials and Features
Options include laminated non-woven PP, laminated woven PP, laminated RPET, laminated PE, PET, cotton or cotton/PET blends, non-woven PP, polyester, nylon, EVA, PU, Iridescent TPU, PVC, jute, Tyvek, and paper—all recyclable and eco-friendly. Here are the commonly used materials and available colors.
Non-woven PP bags are made by bonding fibers with heat or chemicals, offering a lightweight, cost-effective option. Woven PP bags are woven from PP threads, providing superior strength and durability for heavier loads.
Laminated non-woven PP is cost-effective, lightweight, smooth, and durable—holding up to 20 lbs and lasting years.
RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is made from recycled PET, like plastic bottles, reducing the need for virgin plastic and waste. However, recycling RPET requires significant energy, making it pricier than virgin non-woven or woven PP.
Our standard PP bags are recyclable and photodegradable, but we offer biodegradable options like jute or cotton upon request. Let us know if sustainability is your priority!
Lamination enhances:

Yes, choose between a matte finish (subtle and classic), gloss finish (vibrant but with glare), or metallic finish (gold, silver, rose gold, etc).
Yes, we can laminate and print on both sides if desired.
Yes, inside printing is available as an add-on. However, the inside artwork should use repeating patterns, and the colors will appear lighter compared to the outside printing.
- Standard webbing — Available in a variety of common colors. Materials include self-material (matching the bag body), non-woven PP, PP/nylon/cotton webbing, rope, or ribbon.
- Custom dyeing — We can custom dye the handles to match any desired color.
- Full-color custom handles — We can print the handles in any color, including full-color designs, or create custom woven handles.
- Additional premium options like contrasting colors are fully supported.
For colors, we provide full customization — bags can be made in virtually any color or combination of colors, with beautiful full-color reproduction and eco-friendly inks. If an exact color match is required (e.g., Pantone), please provide a color-correct print reference along with your artwork or PMS#. We also offer special options like metallic printing/lamination (gold, silver, bronze, or any requested metallic shade.
Yes, we can print on handles (using full-color printing) or provide custom woven handles with your logo integrated into the material.
Choose from self-material (bag material, printable in any color), non-woven PP, or webbing.
For more biodegradable and eco-friendly bag options, we offer cotton and jute bags (C1000 series). These natural fiber materials are reusable, recyclable, and naturally break down over time. They are available upon request. If sustainability is your priority, just let us know, and we can provide these or other eco-friendly alternatives!
Cotton and jute bags are generally more expensive than laminated bags (such as laminated non-woven PP, woven PP, or RPET) because natural fibers like cotton and jute are costlier to source, process, and manufacture compared to synthetic or laminated materials, which are more economical and widely produced.
Options include cardboard, PE board, PP board, or non-woven /woven wrapped board. Most laminated bags are sturdy enough without inserts, saving on costs.
Add-ons include inside printing, pockets (inside or outside), zipper/Velcro/snap closures, custom labels, tags, bottom inserts, shoulder straps, custom woven or full-color handles, custom patches, insulation, quilted/textured surfaces, metallic printing/lamination, and more. Our woven PP bags can hold up to 50 lbs.—or the weight an average person can carry.
Yes, we rigorously test for strength, tear resistance, and load capacity to ensure reliability for repeated use.
Our materials often meet standards like GRS (Global Recycled Standard) for recycled content and comply with CA Prop 65 for safety. Certifications vary by material—ask us for specifics!
Yes, all our bags are reusable, recyclable, eco-friendly, lead-free, and meet CA Prop 65 and other standard testing requirements.
Artwork and Design
We accept .ai, .eps, .pdf, and layered .psd files. For Illustrator files:
- Include all linked images (CMYK, 300 dpi at reproduction size).
- Convert fonts to outlines.
- Use Pantone colors on separate layers for each spot color.

Absolutely! Our in-house creative team can design artwork tailored to your brand—just contact art@gbag.net and share your vision.
We provide a printing layout and virtual sample initially. Before mass production, we send photos of all five bag sides and PMS color comparisons at no extra cost. For strict color accuracy, a physical preproduction sample is available for $298 (adds 2-3 weeks to lead time).
A virtual layout and mockup are ready within 24 hours of receiving artwork. A physical sample takes 2-3 weeks, including plate creation, sample production and international /domestic air shipping.
Yes, we offer metallic gold, silver, bronze, or any requested shade, plus metallic film lamination.
Plate costs depend on bag size, typically ranging from $100-$175 per plate for standard sizes.
Each color requires a plate. CMYK (4-color process) needs 4 plates; solid color designs may need up to 7. We’ll advise based on your artwork.
- Final colors match the submitted artwork files (screen displays may vary).
- Specify a PMS# for exact matches (requires an extra plate).
- For overall color matching, provide a color-correct print with your order.
Yes, we use water-based and soy-based inks for vibrant, high-quality prints with reduced environmental impact.
Ordering and Pricing

Our MOQ is 3,000 units, but we accept 1,000 units for an additional charge, typically $200 for regular bags.

While lower prices exist, not all bags are equal. GBAG offers:

GBAG’s prices have remained stable for many years and will not increase in the near future. Quotes are valid for 3 years. The prices for reorders will stay the same.
Production and Shipping
Standard turnaround is 7-9 weeks after approval of the printing layout or physical preproduction sample.
- Regular Ocean Container Shipping: Ideal for large orders (100,000+ units), offering cost-effective shipping with standard transit times.
- Express Ocean Freight: A faster boat option to connect with FedEx or UPS for quicker delivery, at a slightly higher cost.
- Priority Guaranteed Ocean Freight: The fastest ocean shipping with guaranteed delivery timelines, at a higher price but still 3X less than air freight shipping.
A remote area is a location that is difficult or costly for carriers like FedEx and UPS to access, often due to its distance from major distribution hubs, sparse population, challenging terrain, or limited infrastructure. Examples include rural towns, secluded islands, FedEx and UPS charge more for these zip codes—via a Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) or Remote Area Surcharge—because delivering to these areas requires additional resources, such as extra fuel, longer transit times, specialized transportation and higher labor costs. These surcharges vary, depending on the locations and services.
Yes, we offer 3-6 week turnaround with air freight shipping after approval.
No production rush fees if we can accommodate the timeline. Air freight costs apply if needed to meet your deadline (client covers air freight; GBAG handles customs, duties, and fees).
- Airport to Airport: Delivered to the destination airport, then trucked to you (5-10 days).
- Door to Door: Factory pickup to your doorstep (10-15 days).
- FedEx Priority: Fastest option (3-5 days), but most expensive.

Post-Purchase
Terms vary by client and project. For orders under 10,000 units: Net 30 for first-time customers; Net 60 from the invoice date for established clients with excellent credit.
We accept check payments and ACH wire transfers. For orders under $5,000, we are open to credit card payments with no processing fee.
As custom-made items, bags are non-returnable. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for issues—we’ll refund, or reprint as needed.
We’ll replace or refund damaged items at no cost. Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Wipe laminated bags with a damp cloth or rinse off. Avoid machine washing unless specified, and air dry to preserve shape and longevity.
Yes! Email info@gbag.net or call 408-395-6889 to request a sample to evaluate quality and style. We don’t respond to platform-generated sample requests—custom bags deserve personal attention.
Legal and Miscellaneous
- GBAG assumes clients have logo authorizations before submitting artwork.
- Trademarks and logos on our products demonstrate printing capabilities and belong to their owners.
- We may use product samples/images for marketing unless specified otherwise in writing at order placement.
