GBAG is a pioneer in eco-friendly, reusable bags. We specialize in custom manufacturing sustainable, recyclable bags in any style, size, material, and decoration based on your needs.
What sets us apart is our combination of innovative thinking, an in-house creative team, rigorous on-site factory quality control, fast turnaround times, and a commitment to delivering premium quality at competitive prices. This dedication has earned us consistent 5-star and A+ ratings for over 16 years.
Our bags offer several environmental advantages:
Our bags are ideal for retail, promotions, trade shows, fundraising, grocery, agriculture, and many other industries. We can customize stylish, eco-friendly totes to fit your specific needs.
Larger bags tend to perform better at trade shows. We have produced bags as large as 36” x 36” x 5”, and in one case, 5,000 bags were taken before the show even ended. Unique designs combined with high-quality construction encourage attendees to keep and reuse the bags.
GBAG! With 16 consecutive years of 5-star and A+ ratings, we consistently deliver high-quality, sustainable bags on time, every time.
We offer a wide range of materials, including:
Laminated non-woven PP, laminated woven PP, laminated RPET, laminated PE, PET, cotton, cotton/PET blends, non-woven PP, polyester, nylon, EVA, PU, TPU, Iridescent, PVC, jute, Tyvek, and paper. Most options are recyclable and eco-friendly.
Here are the commonly used materials and available colors.
Non-woven PP bags are lightweight and cost-effective, made by bonding fibers with heat or chemicals. Woven PP bags are stronger and more durable, making them better suited for heavier loads.
Laminated non-woven PP is an excellent balance — it is cost-effective, lightweight, smooth, durable, and can hold up to 20 lbs for years, while laminated woven can hold 50+ lbs.
RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is made from recycled plastic bottles. It reduces the need for virgin plastic but requires more energy to recycle, making it generally more expensive than virgin PP materials.
Our standard PP bags are recyclable and photodegradable. For biodegradable options, we offer cotton and jute bags upon request.
Lamination improves:
Yes. You can choose from matte, gloss, or metallic finishes (gold, silver, rose gold, etc.).
Yes, we can laminate and print on both the inside and outside of the bag.
Yes, inside printing is available as an add-on. However, the inside artwork should use repeating patterns, and the colors will appear lighter compared to the outside printing.
We offer flexible handle options, including:
For colors, we provide full customization — bags can be made in virtually any color or combination of colors, with beautiful full-color reproduction and eco-friendly inks. If an exact color match is required (e.g., Pantone), please provide a color-correct print reference along with your artwork or PMS#. We also offer special options like metallic printing/lamination (gold, silver, bronze, or any requested metallic shade.
Yes. We can apply full-color digital printing or provide custom woven handles with your logo.
You can choose self-material (matching the bag), non-woven PP, or webbing.
We offer cotton and jute bags (C1000 series), which are reusable, recyclable, and naturally biodegradable. Let us know if sustainability is a priority.
Natural fiber bags (cotton and jute) are more expensive because the raw materials and manufacturing process cost more than synthetic laminated materials.
Options include cardboard, PE board, PP board, or wrapped board. Many laminated bags are sturdy enough without inserts.
Add-ons include inside printing, pockets (inside or outside), zipper/Velcro/snap closures, custom labels, tags, bottom inserts, shoulder straps, custom woven or full-color handles, custom patches, insulation, quilted/textured surfaces, metallic printing/lamination, and more. See our approximate Price List for Add-ons (#_).
Our woven and non-woven PP bags are made from virgin PP. Adding recycled content can reduce durability, so we use virgin PP for better strength and performance.
Our woven PP bags can typically hold 50+ lbs, depending on the size and construction.
Yes. We rigorously test for strength, tear resistance, and load capacity.
Yes. We can add an 8-inch bottom handle for easier and cleaner emptying.
The bottom handle is placed slightly off-center. Centering it would interfere with the bag’s main folding line and make it difficult to fold flat.
Many of our materials meet standards such as GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and comply with CA Prop 65. Certifications vary by material — please ask for specifics.
Yes, all our bags are reusable, recyclable, eco-friendly, lead-free, and meet CA Prop 65 and other standard testing requirements.
We accept .ai, .eps, .pdf, and layered .psd files. For Illustrator files:
.ai, layered .psd, and .pdf files are ideal. See our general artwork instructions.
Yes. You can generate artwork templates directly on our website.
Yes. You can create realistic 3D mockups on our website for most bag styles.
Rectangular bags, square bags, rounded corner bags, and boat bags.
Upload files to www.gbag.net/dropbox, including artwork that has placed in our template or separate artwork for the front, back, sides, and bottom. Check our artwork instructions. Our designers will create a layout and mockup for approval.
Yes. Our in-house creative team can help develop artwork based on your brand, logo, or concept. Please contact art@gbag.net with your ideas.
We provide a digital layout and virtual mockup. Before production, we send photos of all five sides of the bag along with PMS color references at no extra cost. A physical pre-production sample is available for $298 (adds 2–3 weeks).
A virtual layout and mockup are ready within 24 hours. A physical sample takes 2–3 weeks, including production and shipping.
The $298 sample fee is already heavily subsidized. Producing a sample involves the same processes as mass production. The whole process takes 2-3 weeks. For this reason, the fee is non-refundable.
Yes, we offer metallic gold, silver, bronze, or any requested shade, plus metallic film lamination.
Plate costs typically range from $100–$250 per plate, depending on bag size.
Each color requires a plate. CMYK (4-color process) needs 4 plates; solid color designs may need up to 7. We’ll advise based on your artwork.
Yes. Plate charges cover printing on all five panels of the bag.
No. We print the entire flat sheet, so plate and setup costs remain the same regardless of how many panels are printed.
CMYK printing uses halftone dots, which can cause slight unevenness in solid areas or minor color fringing. For the most consistent color and sharpest results (especially for logos and brand colors), we recommend using Pantone spot colors.
We lay out artwork on a flat sheet for printing efficiency. After printing and lamination, the panels are cut and sewn together to form the finished bag.
Color accuracy depends on the printing method. CMYK printing may show slight variations in large solid areas. For the most accurate and consistent color matching — especially for brand colors and logos — we recommend using Pantone spot colors.
Yes. We can match specific Pantone colors using spot color printing. This usually requires an additional printing plate. Please provide the PMS number when submitting your artwork.
Yes, we use water-based and soy-based inks for vibrant, high-quality prints with reduced environmental impact.
Yes, absolutely! We can send up to 3 samples free of charge via FedEx 2-Day shipping on our account. Please email your sample request to info@gbag.net and provide as many details as possible about your client’s needs, preferences, and intended use. This information helps us select the most suitable samples. Note: We do not respond to automated sample requests sent through other platforms. Since all our bags are custom-made, we need context about why your client is interested so we can recommend and provide the best possible options — often better than the original request.
Unfortunately, the $298 pre-production sample fee cannot be applied to the final order. The fee is already heavily subsidized, as producing a sample involves the same processes as mass production.
Yes. We can send finish samples (such as gloss, matte, or metallic lamination) so you can evaluate the quality and texture before placing an order. Please contact us to request samples.
To provide you with an accurate quote, please share the following details:
The more details you provide, the more accurate the quote will be.
We typically provide quotes on the phone or within a few hours during business days. For more complex projects, it may take up to 24 hours.
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units. We accept slightly lower quantities with an upcharge (typically $200).
We can handle orders of millions of bags with precision and speed—no project is too big!
No. Shipping is not included in bag prices. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis from overseas. Shipping costs vary by location and timeline.
Yes, we provide tiered pricing—the larger the order, the lower the per-unit cost. Contact us for a custom quote!
No. Our prices have remained stable, and quotes are valid for 3 years. Reorder prices remain the same.
At this time, full-color, full-bleed laminated bags are produced overseas. Some domestic suppliers can apply limited decoration on imported blank bags.
It is possible, but will result in additional plate or setup charges and could extend the production timeline. We recommend finalizing all details before approving the printing layout or physical sample.
While lower prices exist, not all bags are equal. GBAG offers:
Standard turnaround is 7-9 weeks after approval of the printing layout or physical preproduction sample.
We offer three options:
A remote area is a location that is difficult or costly for carriers like FedEx and UPS to access, often due to its distance from major distribution hubs, sparse population, challenging terrain, or limited infrastructure. Examples include rural towns, secluded islands, FedEx and UPS charge more for these zip codes—via a Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) or Remote Area Surcharge—because delivering to these areas requires additional resources, such as extra fuel, longer transit times, specialized transportation and higher labor costs. These surcharges vary, depending on the locations and services.
Yes, we offer 3-6 week turnaround with air freight shipping (additional cost applies).
We do not charge production rush fees if the timeline can be met. Air freight costs are the client’s responsibility.
We ship worldwide! Air and sea options vary by destination—contact us at cc@gbag.net for a detailed quote.
Yes, at no extra charge. Over/under-runs are rare and under 1%.
Split shipping for small quantities is generally not cost-effective for ocean freight. We recommend shipping the full quantity to one location and handling domestic distribution from there.
Unfortunately, split shipping for low quantities isn't practical or cost-effective for ocean shipments from overseas. Here's why:
The most economical approach is usually to ship the full quantity to one central U.S. location. From there, your client can handle domestic distribution to the final locations at much lower cost and faster speed.
While possible, using your own account is usually only beneficial if you have a very high discount (typically 95%+). Even then, it often causes significant delays. Large companies like Walmart and PepsiCo have evaluated this option and chosen not to use it.
Yes. Our Custom Order Station provides real-time updates and production photos.
Customs examinations have become more frequent, though most shipments clear without issues.
Officers may physically inspect the shipment, which can add 3–10 business days (sometimes longer) to delivery.
We build potential delays into delivery estimates, monitor shipments closely, and notify you immediately if issues arise. For time-sensitive projects, we can explore expedited options.
Yes, cartons are custom-made to bag size, and we can print your requested details.
Yes, we offer options like bundling, poly bagging, and even mailer packaging.
For orders under 10,000 units:
We accept checks and ACH wire transfers. For orders under $3,000, we accept credit cards and cover the 2.95% processing fee as a courtesy, if needed.
As custom-made items, bags are non-returnable. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for issues—we’ll refund, or reprint as needed.
We will replace or refund damaged items at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days with photos.
Wipe laminated bags with a damp cloth or rinse them off. Air dry and avoid machine washing unless specified.
